Personal Power Boost

In our daily life, there will be times where we can all get a dip in energy. Your energy dips could be because there is an action, an event, or a meeting that is coming up that you know you must do, but fear or dread has replaced the motivation and joyful anticipation you once had, creating perceived loss of energy.

 

Reiki

If you love the idea of massage but don’t enjoy the physical touch that goes with it, Reiki is a fabulous alternative. The Client remains fully clothed and lies on a couch or can sit in a chair whilst the Reiki Practitioner gently places their hands in a series of non-intrusive positions over the body. Some people feel sensations of heat, tingling or experience seeing colours during a session.

It is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by ‘laying on hands’ and is based on the idea that ‘life force energy’ flows through us.

Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit, creating many beneficial effects that include feelings of peace, security and well-being.

**Reiki practitioners are not trained in diagnosis and will not predict any specific outcome from treatment. If people are concerned about their symptoms they should see a doctor.

 

Learn Self Hypnosis

Whilst this is a naturally occurring state of mind, which can be defined as a heightened state of focused concentration, many people are amazed that they can purposefully induce the state of self-hypnosis.  With it, you can change your thinking, kick bad habits, and take control of the person you are—along with relaxation and de-stressing from everyday life.

 

How Balanced are you?

Our society today loves achievement, qualifications, status and success. Thus, we do place enormous pressure on ourselves to have a lot and achieve a lot, but ignore what our bodies and minds are telling us. As a Coach I work with the whole person, their whole life in context. I know that without self-care and life balance, life can get miserable and lack joy.
