My Embrace Your Menopause programme is focused on empowering YOU and helping YOU take back control of YOUR life, reducing the frequency and intensity of your flushes and teaching you techniques you can use immediately when these flushes occur.

What Is Included

6 x Private hypnotherapy sessions

These are carried out either face to face at my clinic, or via Skype.

Personal self-hypnosis recordings to listen to between appointments

After each session, a MP3 recording of your hypnosis session will be emailed for you to listen to as often as possible so you can continue to practise and further embed the techniques you are taught.

Help and suggestions for good nutritional foods

This is a time when your body needs foods that will nourish you, and help with your ever-changing hormones. We’ll look at what those foods are so you have choices to help yourself.

1:1 coaching to help keep you on track

At your first appointment, we will agree what it is you wish to achieve on this program and I shall help keep you on track, re-evaluating your progress at the start of each session.

With this program, you will learn how you can empower yourself and take back control of your life.

When you use these simple techniques regularly, you will find that your hot flush does not have the same power over you as before.

You will be in control.

The results of a recent free trial proved to be very positive for 85% of those ladies who took part. Most could reduce the amount of hot flushes experienced. One lady was having around 20 hot flushes daily; she could reduce them to about 5 on a bad day. Those that remain were not so intense in heat or length. These results tend to be a typical reduction in amount and intensity of hot flushes.
