Let’s talk about menopause in the workplace

As women enter the peri-menopause and menopause they often feel many physical and emotional symptoms – including poor sleep, loss of memory and concentration – which make them feel less able to perform within their job role.

Bringing women in your workplace of all ages together, we create a safe environment to discuss the peri-menopause and menopause, explore the symptoms, impact on physical and emotional health and wellbeing, and share information.

Women attending are welcome to share feelings, concerns and limitations, recognising that they are not alone, and that support is available.

Stage 2 - Education

Equal opportunity education for men and women in leadership positions who want to better understand the difficulties facing their team members. Identifying staff who may be reacting differently, and how to start conversations and implement support.

Stage 3 - Discovery

Discovery is a more personal stage for individual women – this stage supports skill retention.

For women entering peri-menopause or experiencing menopausal symptoms, helping them identify and create a bespoke plan to manage individual symptoms is key to helping women empower themselves. Creating a plan that supports them in getting back on track, increasing productivity and restoring their self-confidence.

Stage 4 - Unlimited Leap

Aimed at women in leadership positions, this is a very individual stage for women who want to go deeper on an emotional and spiritual level. The Unlimited Leap supports you in identifying your own inner wisdom and embracing the changes that menopause has awakened.
